I go back every now and then thinking that management will have fixed the problems. They haven’t. Went this morning. No egg McMuffin bread, no sausage and still poor service. I don’t blame employees. I blame leadership.
They need to hire more staff or atleast trained them better for sure they couldn't handle busy situations at all. They can't handle non busy either I guess. Multiple times we had to leave because they couldn't work fast enough. So sad its a great spot n area but McDonald will loose its business there for sure ..
Ever since this McDonald’s has opened it’s been the worst in the area. Consistent long wait times, horrible service, and poor food quality. Managers and regular employees will see you waiting at the front counter and choose to ignore you. I should not be getting my food at 2:50 when I placed my order at 2:18 and arrived at the restaurant at 2:30, that is more than enough time. On top of that I have to come inside to pick up my curbside order. Be better.

This McDonald's restaurant provides a mixed experience for customers. While the new and nice facility is marred by long wait times and poor customer service, with employees, including the manager, often failing to acknowledge customers. However, Yolani and Maria have been praised for their excellent customer service and attention to detail, even for complicated orders. The restaurant's reliance on a mobile app for deals and specials has also been criticized, as not all customers want to download an app to access value.
