Tried to get some food funny how the lady can go the table with the white people take their order but me as a black man I need to come up to you to place my order lmao the service of these restaurants now of days essentially they need a new host or server whatever she was.

The chips, salsa, and cheese were the best I’ve ever had. All of the main dish portions were large and full of meat.

Food wasn’t bad. Hostess and server sucks. It wasn’t even busy, so I didn’t understand the lack of attention, probably because we were the darkest in the restaurant at the time.

Service was fast, very chill atmosphere!

First time here we had chicken quesadillas and the poutine fries. They were delicious!!

Only feedback is that I Added a side of birria meat for my fries and it was so fatty it was inedible. I told the waitress and she said that's how it should be. So I was a bit disappointed there.

We will be back to try more of the menu and maybe get drinks next time!

The Calamari is truthfully my favorite thing they have. The wait time for to go order is ridiculous coming from a restaurant manager! You can place the order 20 min ahead during lunch time and will still have to wait an additional 15min. I have place to go orders during various times is always the same experience! Dine in isn’t any better. I have opted for Zibibbo 73 for my calamari now. The servers are always just kind of walking around confused service is very mediocre.

Ate here several times while on my trip near the DC area. The food was always great, the staff were always welcoming and knowledgable about the food. It's not a Mexican restaurant, it's a mixture of various latin cuisines. I highly recommend this place, like I said, I went back several times!

Cozy spot. Food is always great. The place is clean and has nice outdoor seating.

Staff has been trained to be attentive for the first 10min then forget about you.

Best quesadilla ever! The service could use some work as it did take a long time to get drinks, refills, and/or order. Had to chase down napkins, but the food is so very yummy!! Will be back! Pupusas were very good too.

Pros: the food is good
Cons: the wait is ridiculous, even for carry out.
Improvements: They need to hire more kitchen staff to help push orders out in a respectable time. If customers are standing around waiting for their orders because you can’t meet your own to go times, then you need to offer “ALL” the to go customers at least something to drink for their wait. You’re telling people that the order should be ready in 20 minutes only for them to get there and wait an additional 20 mins and this is at 11:30am. So I can imagine evening orders are worst.

I come up to Stafford often for work, and this is one of my favorite places to frequent. The food is delicious, the servers are wonderful and the price point, imo is fair.

We were traveling back to Raleigh from DC and found this place detouring around bad traffic. Let me just say...I am a TOTAL Foodie. I have owned a high-end restaurant, martini bar, and sports bar. I have traveled all over experiencing, enjoying foods of all kinds. This little surprise was such a treat!

We have been to Olla cafe several times, and have never been disappointed. The birria tacos are amazing! We have also had the gambas al ajillo, poutine fries, chilean salmon, paella, my mother's soup, and carne asada; each just as good as the last.

The only issue was the wait time for food, but given that it is all homemade, we are always willing to wait.
