1/14/26 Beware after 9pm they bring in their curbside numbers so you have no number to input when you arrive. As a new customer I had no clue how to received my curbside order.

Whose idea was it at corporate headquarters to add cheap bacon bits that taste like they’ve been marinating in a bottle of liquid smoke for 6 months, that overwhelm everything on my plate, to a steak salad? Whose idea was it to add three pieces of decent lettuce on top of a pile of brown ice berg lettuce and sell it as quality? $40 in the trash.

It was an amazing experience! I went to a HCA gathering and the waiter Travis was on point! I didn’t have to wait for him or anything! He was proactive and made sure everyone at the table was straight, down to the refills! Also Trey was amazing, if Travis wasn’t checking on us, Trey was! Best experience I done had in a while at a restaurant! Definitely will come again soon! Definitely enjoyed the drinks with the cute kangaroo on the shot cups🤪

If you like your odds of 4 out of 10 to get a good steak cooked to order...this is where to come. I keep kidding myself that this time they will get it right. Then reality hits... prime rib was last visit most times the cook just can't figure out how to do the 1 thing he has to do for me..cook a steak medium. Well Ken..you know how to do it yourself...why don't you buy a great cut and grill it yourself. Never returning. Outback is the fast food of steaks...cheap cuts and incompetent cooks. Apathy reigns.

We were visiting VA from MA, they have different menus and options. I wanted the 🥩 steak and ribs🐂 entree dinner 🍽️, but VA doesn't have it on the menu, it is still in the MA menu. So we ended up paying separately for ribs 🐂 which came out very expensive but good.

The service was awful, they only have 1 server from what it seems like. You’ll be waiting for you food forever. Avoid going with some kids because they don’t care if they don’t if your kiddos have a melt down because their food took an hr to get to them! We were in Outback for 3hrs for Veterans Day!! It was horrible! Finally when the food did come I was served RAW CHICKEN! And my kiddos FROZEN broccoli!!! It was very hard to even find our waitress/server so we waited another 30mins for that!! We ordered our desserts to take home only to notice when we got home, half piece of cheesecake and no toppings like we ordered. Avoid this place at all cost!!

I called to make a reservation Was told only do call a heads I honestly did not know what that meant and asked for clarification and the host became very nasty to me when I asked. I let him know he was being rude and he continued to be rude so if they host Is rude on the phone why would I come in to the restaurant. I let him And know hung up. It’s my husbands birthday and I was looking for a nice dinner and instead was treat very poorly. 2:10 pm on 11/11/25

The food was delicious and steak was seasoned to perfection with one exception - food came out Luke warm - a family member sent their's back for reheat and it still came back the same but, they did top off her loaded bake 🥔

My wife and I visited on Saturday at 815pm. We were seated and the server visited quickly. Andy, the server was very attentive and excellent. We ordered a blooming onion, center cut sirloin steaks, baked/sweet potato, and garden salad. Food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. Steaks were cooked the way that was requested.
