I got steak & chicken, the steak was burnt & my chicken was extra small & dry as hell the waiter didn't come to our table until 35 minutes after we had been seated i had to stop someone to get a waiter to take our order.

When 2 of the 3 orders came out after 45+ minutes of waiting, we were informed they were out of prime rib at 8pm on a Friday. My husband didn't want to wait on a different streak so he decided to just get the sides he had ordered. 10 minutes later they came out, almost $15 for 2 sides and no discount or real explainable as to why we didn't get notice when the order was put into the kitchen. Our server was nice.

Had a post office, navy Federal credit union run today and wanted a quick lunch. Tried the Outback next to the credit union off of 610. Terrible food, poor service and the Keystone Cops running the place. Got the lunch burger w fries and iced tea. Lunch burger comes pre dressed with spicy Pickles, no cheese. It's $2 less than the bigger regular burger w cheese and choice of side. The fries I got were extremely salty, nearly inedible. The spicy pickle didn't complement the other overly salty again seasonings on the burger. It had cheese which I hadn't asked for and was absolutely the most greasy burger I have ever been served. Tried to slide out of the bun. I'm thinking 50% lean to 50% fat. A not my waiter server came by, offered me another iced tea, hadn't even sipped the first tea and I declined. Ate the food as it was, asked for the check and was charged an additional $1 for the cheese I didn't want or order, and $3.99 for the 2nd iced tea I didn't want and declined. Outback, no rules, just wrong. I think the Red Lobster people must be running the place. It wasn't all bad. The waiter tried to give me someone else's bag of carry out. Couldn't handle anymore salt and sent it back, Outback.
Walked out of the restaurant, had no service. Waited for about five minutes

This was THE WORST I have ever experienced with Outback. DoorDash completely made mistake after mistake. They said they delivered my order. They did not. I had to wait for a replacement meal. I specifically said no cucumbers on the salad, and extra butter, bacon and cheese. This is what I got. They refunded my meal, but that's not enough, I suffered great pain and anxiety through this complete mistake.

I work from home and like to take my work out to lunch with me occasionally. I've landed here a few times. My last couple of visits have been noticably different. The people and the service have been spectacular. Friendly, fun and professional. I have honestly felt as if I was just popping in to the neighborhood pub. Exactly the vibe I look for. I found out they have new owners or managers? Not totally sure which or if it's both, but if you haven't been in a while, I would recommend a revisit. Super Sweet.
