Food was completely trash. I’m pissed I spent almost $20 on over cooked tenders. Buyer beware there isn’t any pardon my cheesesteak it’s just ihop ripping people off.

My husband and I wanted to try a new place for delivery and we found pardon my cheesesteak. Unfortunately we were not happy at all. My husband got a cheesesteak and I got a combo meal. When we got our delivery I didn't have my drink or fires. I contact the driver and was told that's what was handed to him and call the store. I called the number and for our location it's a virtual kitchen location in another restaurant which is Ihop. I called ihop let them know the situation and they admided the fries were not ready or my drink and that I could go get it or go on pardon my cheesesteak website and contact them to get my money back since they didnt have contact Information. I have called their number and emailed them to get my money back. No response or call back. I'm beyond disappointed and upset. That was money down the drain. I won't recommend at all because obviously they do not care about their customers concerns or right a wrong. So don't bother. Let alone my husband cheesesteak taste like cardboard and steak ums from the grocery store would of been better.

This was very good but we couldn't figure out what subs was what. Also the steak needed some seasoning on it but very good for a late night eat.

These guys did it. I'm a Philly transplant and I've been so disappointed for years with the mock cheese steak options.
Pardon My Cheese steak finally did it. They brought the traditional Philly cheese steak beyond the PA / NJ boundaries. Replicate this formula around the country!

Just an FYI because this is deceptive, this is not a stand alone cheesesteak restaurant. It’s IHop. You order through an app telling you you’re ordering from Pardon My Cheesesteak. After you pay, they tell you to pick it up inside the IHop. An IHop employee hands you your bag. There is no Pardon My Cheesesteak.

I just have to say I don't usually do reviews but this cheese steak has topped all my favorite spots in town and came close to the best one I've ever had I am a fan and I will be back thank you for the great food ! It was picture worthy but I ate it to quick haha
