Typical build your own counter service poke place. I stuck to salmon and it was good. They offer a nice selection of sauces and all the usual toppings. They also had pickled radish that was good.

This place is exceptionally good if you come while the food is fresh. Simply ask how long the food has been out and pick what you want based on how fresh the food is so you get the beat experienceYes I know why do you have to ask you say? Because it's your money your spending so I'd you want to waste it on food that has been sitting out be my guest

Made it just before closing, but staff was still super patient, helpful, and the food was delicious! Love this place.
As someone who used to live in Japan, I can say that their ramen is pretty authentic. I'm impressed that they even have the bamboo shoots and narutomaki (fish cake)--I haven't seen these ramen toppings since Japan! The boiled egg used is even the tradition ramen egg, which means it's been marinated overnight. They also have some drinks that I haven't seen since my time in Japan. Feels like experiencing my childhood again. Love it! Will definitely be back!

Poke Mian makes decent poke bake and other appetizers. They have Japanese drinks you can grab from the fridge like Calpico. Their ramen was blah. The broth tasted diluted and tepid. The noodles were soft and the toppings didn't taste fresh. It was unfortunate the ramen eggs most likely brought the broth temperature down because it was refrigerated prior. I also didn't think it was worth more than a dollar just to add some oil for extra flavor. The service is friendly and prompt at the location. The seating area is big enough and comfortable. The parking is easy and free. I wouldn't mind ordering again here. Just not ramen though
