If you come in during the early afternoon, the food is fresh and absolutely amazing. The service is usually very good, and they offer a military discount, which is a big plus.

However, the reason for my 3-star rating is the inconsistency. If you come in anytime after 5 p.m., the food no longer tastes fresh and feels like it’s been sitting out all day. This is especially noticeable with poke, since it’s raw seafood. The texture becomes soggy and the flavor...

The food is fresh, delicious, and flavorful. The service is quick and the staff was friendly willing to answer my questions regarding the different sauces. I ordered the small spicy salmon bowl. The volcano sauce was especially delicious.

They offer military and teacher discounts as well as free water and tea.

Ordered one of the signature bowls. Didn't pay close attention to them making it, but it looked and tasted like it was missing the sauce. The lettuce base and cilantro were about 50% wilted/slimy, so I had to pick through it. It could have just been an off day. I'll try again.
