For a new place open less than 6 months, the place is always trashed. Yes, the customers are to blame, but the baristas don't seem to care. Their counter is always covered with spills. If you are planning to have your coffee at the store and read or do schoolwork, look elsewhere. The dining area looks like a "Petrie dish".
The costumer service at this Starbucks location is above and beyond. I came to town for a soccer tournament and usually travel a lot for work and in all honesty this one has the best costumer service I've seen. While I was in line there was this arrogant man that treated one of their employees with a lot of repugnance. The Starbucks employee handled the situation so well it I left her a generous tip, her name was Ash and I'm sure she'll be successful at whatever she does later...read full review

Slowest Starbucks I've ever seen, and they messed up my order as well (3 different visits). I think they all need training to get up to speed. I really hope they get it together, because they're just around the corner from my home
