This has to be the absolutely worst Starbucks in the area! Service is utterly awful!! Additionally, their coffee machine seems to always be broke! (Okay, that one is not on the employees but hey, wake up Starbucks)! But hey, this review won’t stop you from going there because…. Starbucks is Starbucks! Hope you have a much better experience than we did. By the way, I’ve been there more three times before I wrote this just so that I don’t based my review on a one time experience.

Ordered at 5:40 am, on my way to work, app said the coffee would be ready 4-7 minutes from when I’d ordered. I got in the drive thru line at 5:45 am and waited 5 minutes and got no response. Pulled up to the window and saw no one, so I pulled away because I had to get to work. At 6:04 am, I finally got a notification that my drink was being worked on and it was finally done at 6:09. At this point I was already at work.

I have never left a review anywhere before but after today felt that it was needed. Should have read the reviews before ordering from this location. I have only been twice to this location and both times have been truly terrible. The first time I was met with the worst customer service I have ever encountered and thought it was a one time thing. This morning I ordered on the mobile app and when I got to the store I tried to open the door because there were employees inside and they shouted to me “we’re closed” I showed them my phone through the window and they shouted “call Starbucks we have nothing to do with that come back in 15 mins” I preordered since I work 12 hour shifts so I could not wait 15 mins to have them start making the various drinks and food I had ordered ahead of time. They then all walked away and would not speak to me. I understand an error in the app but not taking the time to open the door and speak to me as a human or ask how they can help when they opened in less than 10 mins was not okay. Will 100% never come back to this location and I suggest you do the same

Incredibly rude service. We’re traveling down 95 and ordered ahead on the app for in-store pickup so we could just pull up, grab my drink, and get right back on the road. My receipt said my in-store pickup would be ready at 4:02 PM. We got there and were told that we had to pick up our order in the drive thru because the lobby was closed. The drive thru had four cars. After waiting and not moving for a few minutes, we parked and I went back inside to the lobby and asked why I can’t pick up my order from the lobby when it’s already 5 minutes past the original pickup time. Again, they kept telling me, “The lobby’s closed! The lobby’s closed!” Turns out, because my drink pickup was for two minutes after 4 (AND THE LOBBY CLOSED AT 4!) they decided to not even start making my drink yet.

If you’re so serious about your lobby closing at four, then don’t allow for in-store pickup ups after that closing time.

Takes way too long. Have to mobile order almost 30 minutes ahead of time to get your drink: then you wait that long for your drink to taste bitter and burnt. Pay 1.25 for cold foam and they put a drop in. They need to become more consistent with their drinks as the other reviews say

We ordered mobile pickup at 10:38 am. Arrived at the store around 10:48. We didn’t get our drinks until 11:08. They had us waiting in the drive through right by the window for like 15 minutes. I felt so bad for the people behind us! Ridiculous.

When this location first opened, it had excellent service, especially when the young man and older gentleman worked there. Now the service is pathetic. Slow as can be, even when you pre-order. No apologies for how slow they are when they finally open the window to hand you the drink etc. I am really blown away because it went downhill fast. The young women there now need to be retrained, get more help, or both. I feel for the staff because yes, customer service is hard but it's time to fix the problem. No more excuses. Problem solve and manage the location correctly.
