The food gets a generous 3 stars, after all their lettuce is usually browning and bread is often stale. I would order online because the energy from the employees + the management and its entirety was terrible, from the times I had in been there actually ordering, they treat their co-workers like mindless robots. They are the closest location to me, and I still would not order there ever again.

I wanted to try their new Nachos and went there looking at the POP pics and it looked full and apatizing but was so disappointed with the portions the box was halve full.I think they are putting half the amount of chips and protein and was denied to add Olives on it!!the Eployee said that I can't! Not even if I pay extra. Unprofessional

I put in a mobile order and all they did was put the meat and sauce on also all the cheese was melted on the wrapper no sandwich.

Ordered online and when I got there my order was apparently taken by someone else. As I'm waiting 2 other groups of people come in after me and the worker starts making their food before mine. Also I told him I'm vegetarian and I requested new gloves and clean cut. The guy agreed to do it but I watched him and he did neither. Also I noticed they ran out of Chipotle sauce so instead of getting more they put a couple squirts and thought I wouldn't notice. 0/10 experience avoid this location at all costs.

I ordered a 6in BLT and i ordered a 6in steak and cheese via uber eats last night with avocado and provolone cheese added. Not only was the avocado and provolone not on the BLT sandwich…look at the sandwich I received. My steak and cheese was amazing even though they gave me onions that I TOOK OFF of the sandwich. But the BLT? Why did yall do me like that.

Everytime i order online they never make my sandwich right and I get the most basic sandwiches! I ask for EXTRA MAYO AND GOT NO MAYO AT ALL ! It's not hard to read a receipt and follow simple instructions. They suck and are lazy

They got two lazy teenagers working here wouldn’t even bake the cookies said takes 11 mins and they have to cool for five minutes. Basically saying no. Won’t go here anymore I’m gonna give it right back

So this place is handy. I feel the training of personnel is lacking as my sandwichs always seem to be missing something when I order online. Sometimebthe in-person order is ill-regular. Overall, I like the owner and will continue to support him.

Tucked away in a weird location but otherwise a typical Subway. I ordered an extra large drink, finished filling it up, and I saw they didn't have any extra large lids. I asked if they had any. The guy says, "oh we're all out of those lids." What? Why didn't he tell me that when I ordered the drink?

I order curbside and I parked in the first parking spot because the curbside is a fire lane and was told by the person that brought me the food the next time I need to park in the fire lane. I'm not getting a violation for a sandwich. So when they want to pay my ticket then I will park there. Secondly, I ordered a black forest ham six inch and they gave me a tuna sandwich. How do you mess up a sandwich. Worse service ever
