“Terrible Experience - Rude Staff and Poor Service!”

I had the worst experience at this Subway location! The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. From the moment I walked in, they acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. They rushed me through my order and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the menu.

I won’t be coming back to this location again, and I’d advise others to avoid it as well. Save your money and your self-respect, and go somewhere that actually appreciates your business!

Staff is pretty rude and negligent. They try lo fill is as little stuff as possible for online orders. When tried to complaint to the manager, they said customers cannot complain over online orders. I would never visit again. I would suggest to avoid this store if looking for a proper meal.

This was the nastiest Subway I have had in a long time...very disappointed and this was supposed to be my dinner for a 12 hour shift. The meat taste weird and overall the sandwich had NO flavor that's saying something when I added salt and pepper. I ordered a footling and only ate 1/4 of the sandwich. Not saying I won't come back it just won't be for awhile. When I called the store to express my issues the manager seemed to not care. Things are more expensive these days I would still like to have quality food when eating out...Subway on Walpole I would NOT recommend such ashame because the location is great.

We will never come back to this location, We were there this evening and there was a young man and a lady working there. The lady DID NOT want any customers, as soon as we Wallked in she was irritated. We felt so unwelcomed and unwanted in that store and we came in excited and super duper friendly. Well she lost 3 customers

I was very disappointed in their service today, I had to leave the store and go to the the firehouse grill. It was my first time I ever had to do that. I love their custom made subs but today the environment was different, the people put 3 people in the oven before after asking what I wanted. Then when I said never mind I see your to busy the girl laughed at me and said go head she was busy I was just there 2 weeks ago and got the best service I don't know what happened, I really hope they fix problem, I order food from here for my employees and my mother does too! I just hope nobody ever runs into her

Went in to get lunch, lady making sandwich’s was sniffling and acting weird, continued to start making my sandwich wrong I got charged for three cookies when only asked for two. Then as I’m checking out the lady who just made my sandwich says out loud “ im think I’m getting sick my head and throat hurts as she’s sniffling. I didn’t even eat my food and it was $17.50.
