First time at this location. Ordered soft taco and a side nachos. Service was polite and prompt. Tacos were generously filled but I literally got 8 chips in my bag for nachos. Just the chips n cheese used to be a dollar and something. I would complain less if that were the case but 3 bucks for 8 chips and a little container of cheese is ridiculous. Other than that everything was ok. It's Taco Bell. Expectations aren't that high.

You order online and it still takes forever like you're ordering from the kiosks food is never hot it's usually lukewarm by time you get home to eat it cold and falling apart

Let me preface this review by saying that I love Taco Bell. The food is usually consistent and good no matter what you order. However, at this location, they get something wrong with our order at least 60% of the time. The manager has a huge list of people they owe free food to. How much money would they save if they just got everyone's orders right the first time? Also, the kitchen floor is disgusting. I don't expect it to be spotless, but this is beyond a few crumbs....
