Apparently the customer service in this place is below substandard! The employees have no clue how to communicate to each other leaving customers at the register waiting to order!
There is no common courtesy with customers at all! They always seemed to in training while the manager sits in the dining room on her computer! Totally oblivious to what’s going on at the counter or the kitchen! I guess I will go to Bealeton or Fredericksburg Va

I am a frequent Popeye’s customer, and I would really like to know when the restaurant will reopen. The sign indicated that the renovation would take approximately two weeks, but it has already been more than two months.

I can’t wait for this Popeyes to reopen! The morning crew has always been amazing—fast, friendly, and hardworking. Manager Stella especially deserves recognition because she always keeps things running smoothly and provides great customer service. She’s honestly one of the main reasons I enjoyed coming to this location.
