Apparently the customer service in this place is below substandard! The employees have no clue how to communicate to each other leaving customers at the register waiting to order!
There is no common courtesy with customers at all! They always seemed to in training while the manager sits in the dining room on her computer! Totally oblivious to what’s going on at the counter or the kitchen! I guess I will go to Bealeton or Fredericksburg Va
The Popeyes on Garrisonville Rd in Stafford, VA is the worst I have been to.
Tonight, 12-12-22 around 6:15pm at a drive-up visit, asked for two of their Spicy Blackened Chicken Sandwiches WITHOUT Pickles, a 5-piece tenders meal box, 10-piece tenders, and large order of fries. Were told they only had Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwiches with Pickle. Asked for Sandwiches with NO Pickle. Drive thru guy responded a few seconds later saying ok, “we can”.
