My mother and I came in for a wedding cake testing that we paid $75 for. The lady who met with us, Jacquelyn (who is the new owner), was over 10 minutes late for our appointment that is only an hour and 15 minutes to begin with. When she arrived, she walked into the meeting acting as if she wasn’t late, not apologizing at all.
