I showed up for Wingstop's 70-cent Monday wing special. You can't just walk up and order—it's app or web only—so I sat down, pulled out my phone, and ordered from ten feet away. The place is counter-serve, everything's made to order and dropped in brown paper bags, and there's a good range of sauces. Just know the deal is boneless only. What can I say about the wings themselves? Well, they were 70 cents each. I'll let that speak...
Rachel is absolutely amazing! She corrected a small issue and made me feel so welcome and heard. I really appreciate the care this location takes to ensure that their customers are happy!
They forgot to put my fries in my Door Dash order. I was told if I wanted a refund for my fries I would have to go through Door Dash, so I went to the restaurant to get my missing fries. Knowing I didn't get my full order, I wish they would have offered a complimentary fries, drink or dessert, but they just gave me the fries. Since I had to go get the fries, it defeated the purpose of Door Dash... I could have saved all those fees and tip.
