I highly recommend Z’s Southern Kitchen! When they were located in Stafford, I was there every weekend they were open! I always got the whiting but my daughter and son-in-law loved the chicken. The sides are delicious and the servings are generous! I tried Z’s dirty rice and I am hooked! Today was my first time ordering with them since they moved from the Stafford location and let me tell you…it was worth the trip…even with the cost of gas! Try it for yourself and...
This was and is the best food that I've eaten since bieng here in fredericksburg for the past 5 months. Ive been to many places here, but if you want the best chicken, best fried fish (I had the whiting), then this is your spot. Everything from mac n cheese, fresh fries,..is spot on. We will definitely eat here again. The staff was polite, courteous and professional. Very clean atmosphere.
The customer service was great but, I wasn't too pleased with the food. Being a Florida resident the shrimp were not the fresh shrimp, too much seasoning, the dirty rice too dry and the collards were just ok.
