Tucked away, rustic with delicious wines. Don't let the home-style setting fool you. They have some GREAT wines here. Kid friendly, shade and sun, lots of tables/spots to kick back with your picnic. Watching the chickens was entertaining too (we especially liked Pecker - haha.)
A great vineyard in Stanley Va. They age and bottle on site. The wine is above average for a small batch producer. They also offer Ciders and Seasonal blends. (This visit, they had a blueberry lavender sangria that was delicious)
The grounds are big and indoor and outdoor tables, chairs, high tops and sofas are available to sit with you estate bottled wine surrounded by field and farm.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their product and helpful as well...

New Wisteria Barn Bistro is now open! Very friendly service. Beautiful grounds and under cover seating. Plenty of things for the children to do and see, including animals. The food is very good, but could use more meat on the sandwiches for the price.
