A decent Arby's experience. The restaurant is located at a Pilot truck stop. The place was really busy, but the workers were friendly and helpful. Our food was made well, but the crinkle cut french fries were a bit cold. At least the sandwiches were good and my wife's potato wedges were hot.

The girls working here are always extremely rude, they ask you to pull forward to wait and then have you sitting for 15 minutes waiting on a roast beef sandwich when nobody else is in the drive through line. Will not be eating here again, the girls working here clearly aren’t up to the task regardless of how simple.

Night shift crew is nothing like the reviews say. Food is good, I got 2 beef cheddars. Place is clean. Staff is friendly. My order got to me quick and there were others in line before I got there

I got the beef and cheddar and it was good and it filled me up. The girl who took my order seemed like she would rather be someplace else and she didn't make eye contact with me. I was going to order the Mac and cheese bites and then she seemed very lost. Another customer told me they were out of the mac and cheese bites. We both agreed if you are out they should have took the poster down.

Fries were not fresh. Their machine declined my cards. Had to insert the cards. They said they knew of this issue. Why hasn't it been addressed.

We stood at the counter and waited while they all stood around and talked, once we finally were able to make an order we used a coupon, a 2 Gryo’s for $7. All while ordering the woman (her name tag said Brandy) was not personable at all. When we got the receipt we looked it over while waiting on our food to find out the coupon did not get rung through correctly and we were charged the wrong amount. When we went back up to the counter to get it resolved she evidently knew that she didn’t do it right because she called for the manager to come help us before giving us any eye contact or asking us what was wrong. They never gave us our receipts back either. This was a disappointing visit on our long travels.
