Great ce cream, terrible customer service. The person ahead of me left because she was being ignored. I tried to call from inside the store to ask someone to come to the register. I could hear the phone ringing. They hung up without answering. When I finally got someone’s attention and told her the person before me left because she was being ignored, she just laughed and ignored the comment. Other than the person who left, I was the only one in the store. There were four employees on duty. Two of them walked by me standing at the register and said not one word to me, just kept walking. I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced this level of rudeness from so many employees at the same time.

The ice cream tasted great but the customer service was awful. The lady that has big eyes had a serious attitude. I came in to order ice cream and she said, “none of the ingredients are available so it’s best to just cancel the order and leave”. I guess some people don’t want to help out their customer so I took her advice and I’ll never come back again.

I ordered a milkshake and it had a very liquidy consistency unlike a normal milkshake's consistency, also the person at the front desk seemed a bit confused so another coworker had to teach her how to use the machine, overall it's a great combination of two companies though

So paying customers ( buying ice cream) Have to pay $1 for a cup of ice water??? The cost of the cup they say. Are you kidding me? As a manager who has done cost of inventory I know better. Bad customer relations. Forget that you can keep your cup of water.

Sundae was ordered and they had no actual hot fudge or wet nuts available two very key ingredients for a Sunday They had both warming units for the caramel and the hot fudge both clean and unused instead they used a bottle of Hershey syrup ... had we been informed prior to the order that there was no hot fudge or wet nuts we would have not ordered the sundae.... very disappointed

This Baskin-Robbins is a joint venture with Dunkin Donuts. The young ladies in there were super friendly and answered my questions. My favorite is the Jamoca Almond fudge Ice Cream but I went in there to try March's Golden Oreo Irish Cream ice cream and it was delicious. I also purchased to pints!! This location also has drive thru.

Even on a basic order, this place -- and most of all its servers-- is/are the worst of the worst. My husband ordered a vanilla hot fudge sundae. So basic it's embarrassing. He got some kind of crazy ice water or ice milk for the "ice cream," and then the tiniest 1/10th of a teaspoon of wet chocolate to stand in for hot fudge. I ordered one scoop with hot fudge and after watching my server use rags to clean off the cup, where apparently all of the chocolate was spilled in some sloppy fashion, she hands me an ice cream with basically no hot fudge. I thought, maybe I have to dig around, perhaps the hot fudge went down on the cup insides, but NO, there was basically no hot fudge. When I asked my server to remedy the situation, instead of trusting me, believing me, accommodating me, or even working with me, or even having ANY sympathy, instead the snotty little brat actually argued with me, actually suggested I got my "99 cents worth" and if I wanted more (meaning some hot fudge, since I got no hot fudge) I could pay another 99 cents. Seriously? Once I threatened I would complain to a regional manager the on site manager said he would help, but only gave me chocolate sauce, not HOT FUDGE, which was the topping I PAID FOR. Forget the ice water my husband got, as it was just a joke. We had gone to this place once to twice a month for the past 13 years -- we have been for the last time. Never will we give this place another penny and we will warn everyone off of it. It's bad enough when your food is bad or wrong. It's about a million times worse when the workers, manager, and owners treat you like dirt when they fail to meet the most basic standards. We also often go local, in spite of coming to this place too. We will ONLY buy local ice cream from now on. We will tell everyone we know NEVER to patronize this Baskin Robbins. Two thumbs down and negative 5 stars.

Ordered 2 Sunday’s and a kids scoop in drive through. The guy at the window verified order and took payment- handed me the kids ice cream and asked us to pull forward he would bring our other 2 Sunday’s out. 25 minutes later this girl came out and asked what we ordered. I went inside for a refund- at this point we just wanted to go home.I expected to see the guy who took our order ans the girl who came out based on how slow everything was going. Nope… there were at least 5 people in there. Unfortunately, the guy who took our order (also identified as the manager) seemed to be the only one who knew how to ti anything. Everyone else was just standing there chatting with their hands in their pockets.I should have just gone to Split Banana, the drive and walk would have been less than the 25 we spent in drive through and try icecream is better with more choices.
Don't try ordering a custom ice cream cake online for pickup; they either didn't get the order or didn't bother to make it. I paid online and I showed up 2 days after placing it and they had nothing. This was for my kids' birthdays. Never going back.

I came here with my kids. I didn’t want ice cream so I ordered a root beer float. They told me they don’t make that there even though it was right there on the menu. I chose 2 other things all which they were unable to make. Just wasted my time. If you are getting straight out ice cream fine but beware if it is something else on the menu.

This place sucks. If it weren't for my kids I would never step foot here again. Beware if you go here not to order something besides ice cream because chances are they won't have it even if it is on the menu. They'll give some lame excuse that the menu is corporate but they don't actually make that at that location.
