Misleading menu, Poor customer service, Long wait times even with a reservation. Ruined whole evening over a miscommunication on the menu by bringing me a raw textured dish and having me pay for it when I couldn't even eat it without gagging or feeling like throwing up. I put 1 piece in my mouth and spat it out, feeling sick. It may say smoked but theres a difference in smoked cooked and smoked preserved. rude rude rude management, Respect is earned . And you my dear sir is something you definitely need. Do you talk to your family like that? I would love to meet them and let them witness your a-- being treated exactly like you treat your staff. Sad
my wife and I both ordered hibachi chicken except I asked for no mushrooms and we both got tons of mushrooms. the chicken was seriously dry and the fries rice has very cold spots and the rice itself wasn't cooked all the way, it was kinda crunchy. the shrimp was way overdone and rubbery. we never got our appetizer and the lemonade was disgusting. the waitress was nice though, her name was sunshine. the place was relatively clean but not spotless, there was food on the floor and...read full review
