Love this place! Ordered for takeout: tomato soup, pomegranate salad, trout tea sandwiches. They were all A+. Seriously. I will definitely swing by again. It made the best lunch! This should be a weekly stop for me! Parking was easy.
Absolutely terrific in all aspects—food, atmosphere, service. I’d give them 6 stars if it were allowed. It is like stumbling upon a tiny European gem tucked into an ordinary neighborhood street in Staunton. Four tables, and a small seating area at the bar, handsomely lit and welcoming I had the creamy tomato basil soup and Persephone salad. The soup was perfectly seasoned, and the salad was a lovely, crisp, bright finish. Asked my dining companion if he would be embarrassed...
One of the easiest five star reviews I've ever written. This little place is charming and the owner has attended to every little detail with the eye of a true artist. It was a lovely experience from top to tail and I just could not recommend it higher. Stop your search and come to Bijou and then frequent it regularly, you will be rewarded for your good decision!
