We had a wonderful visit here in Staunton. My food was hot and fresh. The people were super amazing, the music is great, it was clean, and a nice man was constantly cleaning and checking on us. I loved visiting this Chick-fil-A!
Unlike every other Chick-Fil-A, this location is still working on their efficiency I guess. There were no people outside taking orders as usual and even tho there were only a couple a cars at the drive thru, it took an exceptionally long time to get thru the line and to the window. At the window they told us to pull around and park in front and wait. After a few minutes they brought out the order and we left. Once on the road, I realized they didn’t give me my buffalo...
I know management is so proud of the team they build. From pulling up, having our order taken, paying for it and getting it. Every single person was INCREDIBLE. THANK YOU. And of course the food was perfect.
