Eat here at the Staunton location if you want a SHARP JAGGED HARD FOREIGN OBJECT embedded in your chicken that could send you to the hospital!!! It was not visible- it was embedded into the meat chunk that is impossible to see until after taking a bite when I got home with the food. It appeared to be a hard plastic piece that was sharp on the edges- no, definitely was not chicken cartilage or anything like that. I pulled it apart after spitting it out.

The food is either terribly over cooked or terribly undercooked. In addition, the employees are very rude. If you want typical chipotle food and service, go elsewhere.
Don’t waste your time here! This place needs a major overhaul! Arrived at 5:45 pm, The food looked awful all Dried up and the girl was scraping the bottom of pan. I asked if she had fresh, and she said no that’s all we have. We’ve run out of stuff today. Food was all over the area where staff prep your order! A huge disappointment!! The new brisket is amazing, with a sweet flavor that blends well with the tomatillo medium salsa. The chicken al pastor is not as favored, but the brisket is a winner. The service area is very clean, even towards the end of the night, and the employees are friendly, providing a solid portion of brown rice. The chips are perfect, not too greasy or salty, and the meat is well-cared for, with the chicken al pastor having the perfect amount of sauce and the carnitas able to breathe.
While the location can be busy with a small parking lot, and the tables and trash can sometimes be an issue, the overall experience is excellent, with a reasonable price for the quality of the food and service.
