Food was forgotten so we went back through drive through. When I told her she rolled her eyes and shut the window. Drive through staff didn’t say a word. No apologies. When I said thank you she didn’t say a word.

In the 25 years of going to Dunkin’ donuts, this has been by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The girl with the purple hair and the girl with the nose ring are doing a real disservice to the owner of this particular Dunkin, as well as the patrons of this establishment. Twenty minutes for ONE coffee I will never get back.

Cashier was mean and didn’t get the order correct. She took so long to even find the item on the computer, I understand that she is probably new but being mean and rushing through doesn’t make sense. I was disappointed.

I doordashed a frozen coffee from dunkin and to note it was not frozen it was like an iced black coffee with tons of sugar . It was like a prank and they did not hand the dasher my hashbrowns the only thing they got right was the munskins then i went back to get my hashbrowns i was told they where fresh they where cold
