We always make sure to stop here on our drive up to Pennsylvania from New Orleans. We first discovered their peppermint ice cream at a local restaurant and then started going right to the dairy bar. It's creamy and flavorful. The best peppermint icecream that I've ever had!
Kline's Dairy Bar in VA is a nostalgic blast! Childhood flavor memories came flooding back, their ice creams, Sundays, milkshakes, and more are just like they should be. Old-school vibe, big portions, and good prices. Perfect spot to grab a classic meal and relive the good ol' days. Bring your group on the road trip. Plenty of parking. Tables inside and outside. Accessible, located at ground level. Restroom on site.

The ice cream was fantastic.
They seemed to move a little bit on cruise control. I couldn't tell who or what was going on, but it seemed like there was a lot of activity and not a lot of orders coming out while we waited. That said, the ice cream was worth the wait.
