Called my order in and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Drive through and paid and got the pizza went 7 miles too my motel and this is what they gave. Pepperoni on the pizza was so burnt you could have made bacon bits so was the cheese. They took a pizza that had been setting for a while and put it back in the oven. After you see the picture you will see that whoever put that pizza in the box knew what they was giving me . 7 miles back and they just thought that they would just offer me another pizza 😂

Breadsticks had no seasoning on them, black stuff on the bottom. pizza wasn’t good either. You can just tell that the people working there don’t care.

I had no choice but to put a star just to review. We got a cheese and pepperoni pizza and it took like 25 minutes also someone I was with had a pice of pepperoni pizza and in and on the pizza had spit from one of the workers. Don’t go there.

Order food by phone for pick up. They never fix it. I'm a work man with a 30 min lunch break . The two BOYS in there where just playing around . And the place was a mess.. Never again . Just Trash

Beware pizza fans. Little Caesars is apparently okay with giving molded product to their customers. When I showed a picture to the manager on shift at the Staunton Va location he acted like he still didn’t believe me. Then proceeded to hand me a $1 bill out of the drawer. He “couldn’t refund anything else because it was only one item”. How do I know that? I was so scared to eat after this. This is ridiculous. And after I brought this to their attention they continued to offer marinara to other customers. If that was my business I wouldn’t have been offering it to anyone else until I checked through everything. Sad that businesses feel like they need to act like this. Very disappointed and will not be eating here anymore

Service was definitely lacking and the app tracking said the food was ready 20 minutes before it was actually ready. I think they forgot to make one of the pizzas on the order but never mentioned it. Then we sat at the pick-up window for another 15 minutes. The rest of the items, except that one pizza were lukewarm by the time we got the order.

We sat at the window for at least 5 minutes before being spoken to because 2 of the employees couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation.

Not the best of visits.

Me and a friend stopped in for a quick dinner, pizza was not cooked fully and my friend's pizza had what looked like a bite taken out of one of his slices. Avoid this place if you are a regular Little Ceasars consumer

Well, ordering online was a breeze, but my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I unpacked my food. Despite shelling out for two sauces for my breadsticks, I received one that was barely half full and the other looked like it was on a diet. The "fresh" cheese pizza must have been sunbathing under the heat lamp for hours, tasting as dry and lifeless as cardboard. Cutting through the crust was like trying to break into a fortress. And don't get me started on the pepperoni pizza - it looked like it had been sliced blindfolded. Needless to say, I won't be giving them a second chance and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. What a waste of money!

Picked up pre-ordered pepperoni pizza. It was OK, nothing to write home about.
