I purchased a large pizza 2 orders of wings and crazy bread the pizza barely had any sauce on it The crazy bread had no flavor and they forgot the Marinara sauce .

Steve, at Staunton Little Caesars made the bestttt pizza it was the three meat the crust was so good and brown It was the best pizza I ever ate there. Thanks Steve I'll be back.

Lady didn’t understand how the ordering machine worked asked to take my phone to the drive thru and do it there she apparently needed it to be unlocked with the card open She took our card after giving us a look walked over to the machine and pressed 2 buttons came back and said she couldn’t take the card then ignored us for 5 minutes She had a customer terminal open near us the whole time but didn’t use it This is unacceptable

Came here on my lunch break and ordered a deep dish mushroom and green pepper and it was by far the best deep dish I've had from any Little Caesers and the 3 people that worked today was absolutely amazing!! Thank you guys for the amazing pizza and awesome personalities!!

I drive 10 miles one way just to order from this store because the one in Waynesboro is nasty, the people that work there are dirty with dirt under his nails and the store has a dirty vibe when you enter the store. Some of the employees are rude and treat the customers like crap. I’d rather drive to Staunton for my food then to eat at the Waynesboro location!

Worst customer service I've ever seen, even after tipping them, no saying you're welcome after I said thank you, will not purchase anything from them again. Place looked filthy also. I'd give them a zero star but they won't let me.
There is A lady in the restaurant who purposely ignored us made us wait 30 minutes for our order through drive through that I order on line it said it was ready on the line Staunton Little Ceasars has really went down I really don't think She should be in customer service I really won't be back anymore because of her being so rude

I used to go here all the time but the last time I went they forgot my pizza so I had to go back into get it remade. when I got home the dough was not done and I had already waited 30 mins for a pizza i was so over it when I got home. I tried to go there yesterday but going through the drive through the place looks disgusting. It looked so bad I drove across town to go to dominos bc it was so gross. I don’t expect things to be perfect but it’s just simply gross there.

Ordered a deep dish pepperoni. Picked up and drove home and there was no sauce on it. Brought it back and took it in and they said they would remake it. This time they remade it and put 4x the amount of sauce on it and I was told by the guy in charge he would remake it himself personally. I wait an hour and still nothing and at this point some lady had come in to work and I told her that her coworker said he would personally remake it and he obviously didn't so she personally remade it( she was nice and wasnt even at the store when I initially had the problem) The store wasnt even that busy and I paid 11 dollars for a pizza I FINALLY got after waiting over 2 hours. Should've been free at that point...
