Valley Smokehouse is a nice addition to Staunton. I visit family here a couple times a year and had been hearing about Valley Smokehouse so decided to try it on my visit. First I'll say - skip the mixed drinks. My margarita was sour. Almost undrinkable. On the plus side, all the food was good and portions were HUGE.
