Awful breakfast food. Just spent close to $50 for several breakfast sandwiches. One sandwhich was completely wrong. All of the Mcmuffin bread(s) were hard as a rock, the sausage was old and rubbery and the cheese was was cold and unmelted. It seems they rely on people coming thru traveling and hungry, instead of repeat customers who desire quality food.

Meh it's fast food. The fast food industry has been dying slowly and the cost is down right ridiculous. I don't normally eat this stuff but with work and travel sometimes this is all I can find. I will say McDonald's does have the best fries second to sonic. But just not really impressed. If your gonna charge us more for your food make it better.

As a customer the people are nice and the food is always what i order, seeing people stand in lines when they are clearly short staffed and there are kiosks for their order to be taken i usually use those because unless i pay in cash i can always pay on those, usually if they seem busy i tend to wait to order considering ive seen customers complain about not getting food during a rush when they are clearly doing their best, i dont think people realize what its like to be a fast food worker in todays economy with not enough people on staff and how rude people can be at times

Tried ordering through the app before I visited, when I arrived the store had a makeshift sign stating that they were closed. Tried to refund my order through the app and couldnât due to it âalready being prepared.â the drive through sign, and all the lights inside were on.
Check your order before leaving! The food is fine, but the drive thru orders are not correct on a regular basis.

I love Love's. I'm traveling to Connecticut with my family to see my in-laws, and Love's is one of the gas stations that I like to use. It's a safe place to visit when you are not family with the area.
Parking: Plenty of cars, RV, and truck packing.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking and ramps for those who need it.

Took 25 min to receive my order. The manager walked off to do a drawer change left no one running for counter and no one on front counter hence the drawer change. DT runner cheats the times by serving and sticking the receipt on the bag then forgets my order. No one comes back to the counter for 10min after that. Very disorganized. One manager coming on shift and the other was trying to run out the door whatever happened to shift overlap??? I was a GM for 5 years for Mcdâs this is not how it should be.
