Mi Rancho is a wonderful place to go for great food and a pleasant dining experience! My wife and I go there at least once a week. I grew up in New Mexico where I enjoyed the south western cuisine. My wife and I have settled on the "Carnitas" at Mi Rancho as our favorite dish. That selection really brings back memories of home!.

Truly authentic Mexican Food...extensive menu. It was a joy to find this place while there are so many chain restaurants selling Mexican food these days. We ordered our favorites: Mole Poblano, Enchildas Verdes and Tres Leches cake for dessert. The friendly server brought us salsa and chips with ice cold beers as soon as we sat down. It is a fun and lively place to dine on the outside porch or indoors. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We were especially excited to find this place as we were passing through town on a Sunday night and most of the Staunton restaurants were closed. A plus! You can't go wrong here.
