My wife and I stopped in while browsing downtown and were pleasantly surprised with the excellent selection of olive oil and outstanding service. The lady helping us was very personable and knowledgeable about her craft. She even recommended a great local pizza shop (Pizza Luca) which we loved! We enjoyed sampling some flavors and purchased a few bottles to take home. Definitely stop by for a great experience!
The Staunton Olive Oil Company is a must visit if you're in lovely downtown Staunton. They have an incredible selection of oils and vinegars, but it doesn't stop there - you'll also find a variety of foods, baked goods, candles, and unique gifts.

Our interest was peaked when we saw the amazing gluten-free options in the bakery, but my real favorite was the unbelievable sampling of balsamic vinegars. We got a hot honey option that is probably the best thing I have ever had. Matty was an incredible guide and really helped us discover new things.
