We have been at “Taste of India” on Saturday Night with a party of three. It was one of the best Indian food we ever had! We had Chicken Curry and Chicken Tikka Masala. One of our Chicken Curries was chosen at grade 2 but was still very hot! We asked for some yogurt or something else to milden this but the nice gentlemen from the restaurant offered immediately to change the curry to a completely fresh cooked milder version. That was so kind!! We had garlic Naan as well, very tasty, yummy!! The prices are fair, even for the beverages. We had a regional IPA which was very good!! The staff was really kind and friendly. Thanks a lot for such a nice evening, we absolutely recommend to go there!!

One of our favorite places in Staunton! Never had a bad meal there. We took our 8-yr-old grandson and it was the first time he had tried Indian food - he loved the Tandoori chicken and rice! Will most likely eat here whenever we spend the night in Staunton. We don't get much Indian food at home because our friends THINK they don't like it.

An easy walk from Frederick House for us. Started with chai tea that was perfect. We enjoyed a local beer IPA too. Ordered the Thali that was like a sampler plate. It killed me not to take my leftovers home, but we were traveling.

I have been eating briyani at various places across US and I would say without any second thought that this place has the worst briyani. We ordered 2 chicken briyani 1 lamb briyani and a veg thali. Looking at the google rating we thought it is going to be a great restaurant. Unfortunately the food taste was below average. The briyani is no where close to how a real briyani tastes. I am still wondering how they got 4.5 star rating in google reviews. No complaints on the service. Just the food doesn't taste as it should be. I hope soon they will hire a good cook to improve the food quality and taste.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian food was definitely ok. But never ever try their briyani. They just don't know how a real briyani tastes.

Quite possibly the best Indian food we’ve ever had! Shrimp poori app was amazing and main dishes were perfect! We had chicken korma and chicken tikka masala at medium hot heat. Will definitely be our go to when in Staunton!

We saw the table being cleaned for us, no antiseptic used, just a wet cloth mopped over the table and tableware placed. Our server was attentive and paid attention to details. Food overall was good but grill items came a bit too charred. Tea was old and served after being microwaved! That’s a thumbs down from a chai enthusiast
