We have been at “Taste of India” on Saturday Night with a party of three. It was one of the best Indian food we ever had! \nWe had Chicken Curry and Chicken Tikka Masala. One of our Chicken Curries was chosen at grade 2 but was still very hot! We asked for some yogurt or something else to milden this but the nice gentlemen from the restaurant offered immediately to change the curry to a completely fresh cooked milder version. That was so kind!!\nWe had garlic Naan as well,...
One of our favorite places in Staunton! Never had a bad meal there. We took our 8-yr-old grandson and it was the first time he had tried Indian food - he loved the Tandoori chicken and rice! Will most likely eat here whenever we spend the night in Staunton. We don't get much Indian food at home because our friends THINK they don't like it.
An easy walk from Frederick House for us. Started with chai tea that was perfect. We enjoyed a local beer IPA too. Ordered the Thali that was like a sampler plate. It killed me not to take my leftovers home, but we were traveling.
