The food was great! I had a nice lady serve me but there was this boy that was just being so rude to the lady that was serving me meanwhile she was trying to calm the situation and he just wouldn’t take anything for an answer, so I got my smoothie and started walking to my car I saw the same girl crying in her car. This was my first time going to tropical smoothie Cafe and the only bad experience was seeing how the employees treat each other.
I ordered my smoothie ahead of time with a Pick up time of 415 pm. Got to pick it up and still had to wait. Order was done until 425 pm. I had to ask for my online pick up because it was not in the pick up box location. Was just setting on the back kitchen counter. Seems like my smoothie was made way ahead of time was more liquefied that icy.

I pulled in, finished my conversation on the phone, walked in and she had my usual made ready to purchase! Of course I left her a tip! It’s always a pleasure!
Also TS now have discounts going on for kids, Senior citizens, New customers and Safety staff ! I love how they give back to the community!
