I ordered my smoothie ahead of time with a Pick up time of 415 pm. Got to pick it up and still had to wait. Order was done until 425 pm. I had to ask for my online pick up because it was not in the pick up box location. Was just setting on the back kitchen counter. Seems like my smoothie was made way ahead of time was more liquefied that icy.

I pulled in, finished my conversation on the phone, walked in and she had my usual made ready to purchase! Of course I left her a tip! It’s always a pleasure!

Great experience at Tropical Smoothie! Ayla was super friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. The smoothie was fresh, delicious, and made perfectly. Excellent service all around I’ll definitely be back!
