Two nights prior, at approximately 7:30 p.m., I contacted the store regarding an edible photo cake. I inquired about the availability of pickup at a specific time. However, the online ordering system only permitted me to select a pickup time of 48 hours later and no earlier. The employee on the phone at the time informed me that photo cakes can be delivered to the store and prepared for pickup from noon.

On the day of pickup, the cake was indeed available at 2:00 p.m., as predicted by the employee over the phone two nights prior. The cake was prepared as instructed and arrived in excellent condition. Therefore, the employee’s information was accurate. The pickup process was straightforward and hassle-free.“

“I've worked here years ago. It was honestly so amazing I felt like I was willy Wonka! I loved how everything is constant go and you are never bored bc you need to be constantly moving bc the machines are going. I loved how clean this place was and it and how even the disinfecting everything and all the foams at the end of shift even felt magical. The employers treated us really well as a team and we alternated machines so that you weren't doing the same repetitive movement. Great quality ingredients and hard work goes on here.“
