“The reason I awarded this Baskin-Robbins store a 5-star rating is the context in which the experience occurred. Two nights prior, at approximately 7:30 p.m., I contacted the store regarding an edible photo cake. I inquired about the availability of pickup at a specific time. However, the online ordering system only permitted me to select a pickup time of 48 hours later and no earlier. The employee on the phone at the time informed me that photo cakes can be delivered to the store and prepared for pickup from noon.
On the day of pickup, the cake was indeed available at 2:00 p.m., as predicted by the employee over the phone two nights prior. The cake was prepared as instructed and arrived in excellent condition. Therefore, the employee’s information was accurate. The pickup process was straightforward and hassle-free.“

“Clean, neutral environment. Fresh, gooey, delicious cookies. I love the idea of changing flavors every week. They also change for the seasons and right now, they have a caramel apple flavor with the perfect balance of sour and sweet. People are always kind and understanding. Looked so good that I couldn't wait till after I took the picture. ?

“Just stopped for ice cream at Moo Thru. Had the cinnamon pecan and it was DELICIOUS! Staff was very friendly and quick with being chatty and telling us the monthly flavors. Price on point with what I’d expect for an away from home ice cream treat. Definitely would return!“

“Went today and the lady working was very pleasant. I also discovered maraschino cherry ice cream and OMG I didn’t know that was a thing! I LOVE maraschino cherries! It was so good. I’ll be back just for that stuff! I live downtown so this discovery is not going to be good for my hips… worth it though.“
“I've worked here years ago. It was honestly so amazing I felt like I was willy Wonka! I loved how everything is constant go and you are never bored bc you need to be constantly moving bc the machines are going. I loved how clean this place was and it and how even the disinfecting everything and all the foams at the end of shift even felt magical. The employers treated us really well as a team and we alternated machines so that you weren't doing the same repetitive movement. Great quality ingredients and hard work goes on here.“

“They have the most charming outdoor seating for this little ice cream location right in the downtown of Strasburg. Many families come with their children and sit outside on a wonderful little umbrella covered tables.
It’s a perfect place located right next to the subway so you can have a sandwich and then I have one location“

“I have the greatest time at Sweet frog 2 day before my birthday and I'm happy with the service and satisfied with it is Heavenly father I hope I have a good time with you and do the same I prayed amen. I hope my Service went well here I really love you ice cream soup here and Jesus Christ name I pray amen and I been here a couple times before pray amen and I have a board game to make copies and sell here to your customers.
