Never have ingredients on hand. Always out of lettuce and whatever new chicken then introduce and don’t bother to replace them for the customer. Watched an employee make themselves a bowl with the remaining brown rice leaving only the other option for me one time. Another worker always seems irritated and has horrible customer service skills. Every time I expect my visit to be better and it never fails to disappoint.
Very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The lady serving us at the beginning, starting with the rice, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her attitude made the whole ordering experience uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, at the billing counter, we were charged for 4 bowls even though we ordered only 3 bowls. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at this Chipotle. This is the second time we have been charged for more items than we actually ordered....read full review
