Ordered 10 assorted munchkins at this dunkin thru grubhub. I got 9 same powdered donuts and 1 chocolate one.Could have given a bit more assortment.

I ordered Pancake Wake up Wraps with turkey sausages. Cashier did a great job, but the ones handling food…naa i aint ordering here again. My food was being placed on the prep counter without any paper or wrap. They should use tongs when handling food. Bacon crumbs all over, i even got it in my bag! Food was cold! Food Handling process is horrible!

I was served iced coffee in a cup that was leaking from the bottom. Leaked all over me and my car and your genius baristas were just concerned about giving me a new coffee instead. Absolutely disappoint and terrible service. The response from the lowlife district level manager is that it’s hard to believe their cups leak, implying I’m likely the liar. When I asked for the leaking cup Back I’m told it was thrown in the trash and the trash was taken out within those 5 minutes.Shut down your garbage store , you and your subpar, fraudulent coworkers

Everyone in neighborhood knows that Reston area is more expensive than Sterling area where this Dunkin’s is located. We bought Chocolate Oreo ice cream from Baskin Robins in Reston for $31.99. The following day on Sunday Oct 22, my wife went to this store. She paid $39.99 for the same cake. The distance between these two locations are less than 4 miles. We have heard about price gouging due pandemic but not $8 on a cake, furthermore the price of materials have almost leveled off but I understand not like pre-pandemic . Regardless , I think this is a rip off.

Just got back from Dunkin donuts, I ordered a glazed chocolate donut and a cherry jubilee milkshake.What could go wrong?Well...When you think of a glazed chocolate donut..it's a all chocolate donut with a glaze on it.What I got was a plain donut with a small thin ring of chocolate on top. Huge disappointment!!And the small cherry jubilee milkshake??1. Milkshakes are supposed to be thick right? Not this one it was as thin as almond milk.2. The color was white3. Where was the cherry flavor... Tasted as if I was drinking sugar milk. So I paid $10 for sweet milk and a plain donutStay away from here... You be better off if you stay home and mix creamer and milk together and have a chocolate bar.

Customer service was awful. Drink was disgustingly sweet, and I didn't even add extra sugar like I normally do. And they messed up my order. Also, I asked for a pup cup for my dog and the lady looked me dead in the eyes and said "no"..end of conversation. Overall, -1/10, will not be returning.
