Service was absolutely horrible. I ordered 6 half dozen at the kiosk but they wouldn't do it saying that they can't do that because the system says 3 dozen even though I specifically selected the half dozen order 6 times. When I tried to explain this they just kept talking to each other on the headset rather than trying to accommodate what I specifically ordered. Customer service training is needed!
Expensive as heck, especially for the poor selection offered. For the same price, you can visit Duck Doughnuts 🍩
Man Everytime I come to this location it's 2 people not much activity. Literally I can't even get a order in with no line 🤣 this is a low blow. Decide to use the machines to get my order in. Bro when I mean this place was not even 2 customers deep. It took 15 min to get my order. I was just wondering what line or person I was after. Someone need to train the team to communicate.
