I was in here around noon with my 4 year old to get a coffee and a donut. There were only two people working and I was more than willing to be patient to be taken care of. Unfortunately one of the employees (Kim) he said his name was, started yelling at his coworker to stop what she was doing to do something else. The way he was yelling at her in front of customers is not and was not okay at all. After it was over he continues to do it once or twice more. I continued to wait...

The donuts were not fresh from today, they were very dried and they did not know how to put bacon in the loaded hash browns.
The bathroom was very dirty. It has not rained nor snowed and many days and the floor was covered with dirty shoe prints.

Consistently receive incorrect items from food orders. Just today i ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, it was sent with an egg patty on a croissant and a side slice of cheese in a little baggy. I don't really understand how someone comes to the conclusion that anyone would want
