Astonishing to find such a pearl at an Airport ! I had some time to kill between flights and my airport lounge option would have been THY (crowded). So I found this spot with good (upscale) food and wine. Staff is very very good (thank you Karen !). Actually if I could connect to Europe through IAD instead of ORD or JFK, I will going forward choose IAD just because of Volo Vino.
I love Vino Volo. Both the wine (even the house wines) are wonderful. The food is outstanding and the Severs are friendly, kind and attentive. When I am waiting for my flight at Dulles, I head to Vino Volo for a soup and a glass of wine.
Karen is a next-level server. Conscientious, friendly and very prompt. Also, Malachi is a legitimate, empowering leader and high-level service professional leader himself. Haley, also, has a motor and an excellent employee.
