36 Best Chicken Wings near Stone Ridge

“On 7/18/25, in that I was in the area around dinner time, I decided to try out the Glory Days Restaurant in Stone Ridge, VA. I experienced an OUTSTANDING dinner eating at this restaurant!

The ambiance was quite nice, pretty much what I expected to see in a grill restaurant.

All of the food was fantastic. In that my server understood that it was my first time visiting the restaurant, she arranged to have me served their “rookie plates.” The first plate consisted of delicious pretzel bread, battered mozzarella cheese, and battered chicken bits. The second plate had a couple of chicken wings. Additionally, the plates had three of their special sauces.

I was incredibly impressed with my server/waitress, Samantha! She meticulously handled every aspect of my dining experience. I would be thrilled to have her work at my restaurant. (If I owned one, that is.)

“Best of the best, so lucky to have this great location in Sterling. The wings are delicious and I love to pair a combo meal with the fries, rice, and coleslaw. Date Night! They serve beer and wines as well as traditional Korean dishes, tenders, and steamed buns! A must stop if you like the Korean style wings! “My friend recommended this place as the best donkatsu in the area. I went there for the first time and there were two donkatsu options. Regular and King tonkatsu. The cashier explained the difference and people have preference. I went with King tonkatsu. I agree that it’s definitely one of the better options in the area.

The bread crums are thin, super crispy, and well fried. The meat was pounded and tenderized consistently across the entire piece. The portion was huge to feed two people. The sauce for salad and donkatsu were rich.

My family also ordered yukgaejang. The soup was well prepared with pepper oil and tasted very authentic. Meat and vegetables in the soup were at good quality.

Overall, I really enjoyed my lunch here. My kids loved it too. I would definitely come back here to try other menus.“

“Dined in here a couple days ago and it was amazing!! Love the atmosphere of this place and the service was awesome and staff is very attentive. The chicken wings are fried to perfection and super crunchy, the soy garlic sauce is amazing. This is without a doubt the best fried chicken I've ever had ANYWHERE, PERIOD! I would also recommend ordering SEASON FRIES, so good its actually addicting. I will for sure be a regular customer here because no place can beat this!“

“This is the sports bar we've been waiting for in Haymarket. The service is amazing, the wings and food are great and they seem to have added a lot more flavors. The beer is ice cold and the atmosphere is everything you could want in a local sports bar. They even had the Battlefield football game on the first night we were here. This place gets it and is doing everything right.“

“I always LOVE the food from this location. My favorite dish will always be the rose tteokbokki, I can’t find that at many other restaurants and I love it specifically because it’s not too spicy for me. My 7 year old and I are a fan of the boneless soy garlic wings! I’m still navigating how to utilize the points on the app but I’ll get there eventually :) .“

“I stopped in to try another place that hadn't been reported as closed and saw this place. The lady running it was super nice and suggested options for me and my kids. The chicken was crispy and so good. I really enjoyed it and while I was in there on a whim, im looking forward to going back and trying a different flavor (I had the cheesling one this time)“

“I came here 9/29 around 8 with my sister to try Addy’s for the first time. Place is clean, it’s cute. The employee was very kind and patient while we ordered, and made excellent suggestions.

We ordered takeout for our family since we live in MD. We ordered the bbq ribs, smash burger, bacon smash, Amarillo sandwich, jalapeno poppers, loaded fries, and Cajun chicken mac that he suggested (he recommended spicy because he knew brownies can handle it). Literally after an hour and a half of driving back, the food was still fire and you know how boring and sloppy food gets when it’s not ate within 30 minutes.

I could literally recommend all of it, but unfortunately when he brought the order out to us, I think he mixed up the Cajun chicken Mac with another persons(?) chicken sandwich so that’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars.

But other than the take out mistake, I will say that mistake chicken sandwich was fire. The meats here are tender, cooked very nicely and salted perfectly. 10/10. Sad about the mac tho.“

“I absolutely love bbq.chicken and more specifically this location. Pa and Mrs. Pheobe are a delight and makes sure you are well taken care of going above and beyond to fulfill requests and providing excellent service.

I'm a regular and love coming back here because of how tasty the food is (try the kimchi ramen), how ambient and nice the atmosphere is, how family friendly it is, and how somehow there’s always bangers playing on the radio.

The place is clean and well managed while providing ample parking and outlets making it the perfect place to come and relax.

Each booth has a tv which is really fun and nice for those who like to watch and each at the same time. “I love Korean food but as a vegetarian, there are not many options in most northern va restaurants. This place has delicious veggie kimchi pancakes and vegan ramen. I wish there were some more options to add veggies to the ramen. It’s a very authentic place and I felt like I was getting a home-cooked Korean meal.“

The mac & cheese is amazing no matter what that other guy says. “We went out of our way to visit Zaxby's Chicken Fingers and Buffalo Wings in Chantilly, VA, just to give it a try, and it was a very solid experience — better than most! We ordered a chicken sandwich, which was awesome, and a Craveables box with chicken fingers, toast, and some tater tot-like sides. The food was really good all around.

Even though we arrived close to closing time, they still took our order and served us fresh food. Plus, they went the extra mile to get us sweet tea from the back when it had run out at the front — that was a really nice touch! The parking situation was also convenient with plenty of space.

While it’s not the absolute best chicken place I’ve been to, it’s definitely up there, and I really enjoyed it. I’d rate it around 4.5 stars — worth the visit for sure!“
