“For several years, the pizzas from Great Falls Deli Italiano were wonderful. Then the problems started - always something unsatisfactory with every order. And the pizza toppings were extremely skimpy. So we stopped ordering from them. Yesterday we decided to give them another try. Glad we did - the Quattro Formaggi pizza and the big steak sub were both delicious. Of course, based on previous experiences with skimpy toppings, I paid for extra amounts of each of the cheeses on the pizza. Do not know what it would be like without paying for extra amounts of toppings.“

Only con is one of my pieces was so small that I was eating more bread than chicken. Whereas the other one over filled the bread (I was very pleased with this one) . I highly recommend them! “Brought a party of 4 to Bonchon for the Tuesday $1 wing special and, as always, the wings were absolutely delicious. We ordered a large amount of wings along with cucumber salad, rice, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, the coleslaw never got brought out.

The food itself was great and the Tuesday wing special is honestly one of the best deals around. That said, the customer service could definitely improve. When our server brought out our 4 drinks, she placed them all on the opposite end of the table from where we were sitting, which came across as oddly passive aggressive and inconvenient. Also, throughout the meal, the server never once checked in to ask how the food was or whether we needed anything else — something that’s pretty standard at most restaurants, especially considering we eat here regularly.

Overall, the food quality and value keep us coming back, but the staff could really benefit from additional customer service training and better food service best practices.“

“I believe everyone makes mistakes, and what matters more is how they handle them afterward.

I stopped by during lunch and ordered one item, but unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half before receiving my food. It turned out that my order had accidentally been missed. However, the owner handled the situation extremely well, and I really appreciated the way they took care of it.

Mistakes happen, and the way the owner responded left a very positive impression on me. I’ll definitely be coming back often!“

Fries weren't too shabby either. Although, it's a bummer when you get the crumbs and it fills up a quarter of your dish.

“I lived in Georgia for a long time, and that's where Zaxby's started. Everyone had their favorite spot, some better than others. This is the only one I know of in Virginia. I'm not sure I'd make a special trip, but if I'm in the area, I'll stop by. The food's decent, the place is clean and quiet. The staff was great when I went. It reminds me a little bit of Georgia.

I had buffalo fingers and fries; theirs are seasoned, and I really like them when they're hot. My friend had the chicken sandwich. You can pick your spice level, but it's not super intense like some hot chicken places. There's plenty of food, ours was hot and fresh, and we enjoyed it.“

“Nice, chill location. the food was good. I ordered the 10pc wings with fries. I don't recommend getting the honey mustard sauce. it's the cost of a drink🥴, literally. Why something the same size as ranch or blue cheese costs the same as a drink (while the ranch and blue cheese don't cost extra), I'm not sure. If you're like me and don't eat ranch or blue cheese, bring your own honey mustard. other than that, I highly recommend.“

We tried the honey garlic chicken wings, and we thought they were really good; they were super crispy and loaded with fried garlic, and they had a little spice to them, but not too much. “I used to go to Dave's Seafood YEARS ago when it was in Manassas and when I found out that they were in Chantilly I still drive out there just for the fried catfish. I love that it's fried hard (I hate limp fried fish) and the cornmeal gives the batter a good crunch that's not too much.
The hushpuppies are also very good. They're the kind that have corn inside, not just batter.
I also enjoy the cheesesteaks (I get mine with jumbo sauce), fried shrimp, and grilled ham and cheese sandwiches.
I find that they have a good bottled drink selection as well. I always find either an old favorite, or a flavor that I've never tried before.“

“The burgers are better than average. It's a pretty good deal for a sizable hamburger. They will cook it to your desired temperature. The fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks are all very good. They make fresh milkshakes and bake brownies and chocolate chip cookies on site. The brownies are very moist with a good chocolatey flavor.“

“Two days ago we had the 1/3/2022 mini blizzard here in nova. I had started my new job just down the street from their location so decided to order curb side pickup from online. Well, when I finally go outside and start driving I see how bad the weather is and get to RHB but it looks closed. I pull in and promptly get stuck at the entryway. I finally make it and get my car out of the unplowed lot and decide i best go back to my new job hungry. I had no food, it was birthday and I was pretty sure after encountering the weather I may be stranded at this job over night. So, I drive back to my office and get stuck right at the entryway of the parking lot! Then the restaurant manager from RHB calls me about my order and I explain what happened and my current situation . He says just drive down the street and he will bring it out to me And I explain im stuck again but ill try! So 15 mins later im stuck in the same spot and a random gentleman in a truck stops and offers to plow me out which was no easy task but he does it anyways and then RASHEED RHB calls me again and i explain my dilemma snd says ill bring it to you send the address. Im like omg thank you! What are you arrives at my office I offered a Tip snd he says no but I explained that I had been stuck in the snow twice and that it’s my birthday and I might be stranded here thank you so much. He wished me a happy birthday and I told him that let me do something so I’m writing this review. Go see Rashid at the red hot and blue and Fairfax one of the nicest guys!“

“I love Korean food but as a vegetarian, there are not many options in most northern va restaurants. This place has delicious veggie kimchi pancakes and vegan ramen. I wish there were some more options to add veggies to the ramen. It’s a very authentic place and I felt like I was getting a home-cooked Korean meal.“

“This is a casual, sports bar type restaurant so we weren't expecting fine dining. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the good quality of the food. I rated the food 4 stars in comparison with other casual restaurants. From chicken wings, to nachos, to salads, everyone was pleased with a meal that was better than we expected. The only mis-step food-wise was somewhat rubbery chicken on the sheet pan nachos. I ended up picking those off. The service staff was busy but good. A manager was walking around making sure everyone was satisfied and that their orders were correct. I appreciated this as he seemed genuinely interested in making sure customers were happy. Shout-out to the bartender on 10/26—making some flavorful, balanced cocktails that didn't make me feel like I wasted my money. Fun atmosphere—I would eat here again!“
