Chicken Wings near Haymarket

“This is the sports bar we've been waiting for in Haymarket. The service is amazing, the wings and food are great and they seem to have added a lot more flavors. The beer is ice cold and the atmosphere is everything you could want in a local sports bar. They even had the Battlefield football game on the first night we were here. This place gets it and is doing everything right.“

“I inadvertently ordered from the wrong Papa John’s and went to the Warrenton location to pick it up. I didn’t realize I had done this until they told me I didn’t have an order. I looked and realized my mistake and asked if there was anything I could do. They said no and turned me away. I called the Haymarket store to let them know that I wouldn’t be able to get it and to donate it. The manager was super nice and credited my card back without me even asking so kudos the them and a lesson in what good customer service is to the Warrenton location.“

“I live within a 10 minute drive and 9/10 they are within the delivery window including during m bad weather, and if not when I call they provide an eta of the driver and the driver is also apologetic for the delay. Drivers tend to be younger kids getting experience or older folks keeping busy - all very polite and professional. Recent reviews complaining of delivery fees clearly aren’t from customers that order delivery in the last two decades.“

“I went there last week, and it was rather busy. Richard helped me, and he was really kind, sweet and really made sure everything was right for my experience. He was the only one upfront because the other staff were busy, but he made my order rapidly with good quality. I would go there again, but maybe not rush hour since I couldn't get the assistant manager's attention when I had a question about being hired here since it was too busy.“

“Probably the best Hangry Joes restaurant ive ever tried in the tri state area. The meat was overly juicy and my tongue had felt sensations that was never felt before. There was also this bright cheery girl named Olivia who took my order with the biggest smile on her face and I tipped her a fat 20 after“

“Great service. The fish was perfectly cooked with a crispy crust just the way I like it. The mac and cheese made my mouth water. What a fantastic meal!“

“I went last saturday, The cashier that took my order had amazing customer service and gave me the best deal with also guiding me thru the menu and was very polite and my order was made quick and hot and fresh well done how liked my fries definitely will be returning! I would give a 10 star if could!! I even asked his name so the company could knowledge his hard work his name was Adrian.“

“Brought a party of 4 to Bonchon for the Tuesday $1 wing special and, as always, the wings were absolutely delicious. We ordered a large amount of wings along with cucumber salad, rice, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, the coleslaw never got brought out.

The food itself was great and the Tuesday wing special is honestly one of the best deals around. That said, the customer service could definitely improve. When our server brought out our 4 drinks, she placed them all on the opposite end of the table from where we were sitting, which came across as oddly passive aggressive and inconvenient. Also, throughout the meal, the server never once checked in to ask how the food was or whether we needed anything else — something that’s pretty standard at most restaurants, especially considering we eat here regularly.

Overall, the food quality and value keep us coming back, but the staff could really benefit from additional customer service training and better food service best practices.“

“The eggs were a little overcooked and it would have been nice to have a bit more of the bulgogi sauce (or at least have the option to buy more). Other than that, it was amazing.....not very authentically Korean, but authentically scrumptious!!!!! Oh, and sadly, way too expensive to have on a regular basis.“
