Dined in the other night bout 9pm me and a fellow driver, place is dead one car in drive-thru, we stand at the counter for about 5 min and the place has about 6 people in the kitchen 1 on window doing orders, until 1 says counter to another co worker whos actually already working! Few dirty tables, chalupas over done, and place was HOTTTT! AC Anyone...! Tacos were hot, but the meal was delivered very slow for how many people were working. If you have time to talk, you have time...

I love Taco Bell, and was excited when they built one in my town, but I'm really not happy with the why they use the app. 1st problem is they want to charge u for any substitutes. I don't like refried beans, so I usually get rice instead, but they charge me for it, but they don't take off anything for the beans...2nd problem is they r the only Taco Bell I've been to that makes your food as soon as u order it on the app. So in order to get hot food I have to...
