Great family friendly place to eat! We had the special of the day which was catfish. We were served 4 large pieces of catfish on each plate and a whole bowl of fries with it. Hush puppies were perfectly fried and delicious and the fried squash was a welcome surprise on the menu, it was delicious. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.
I visited for dinner after reading the reviews. Staff was friendly, decor was interesting, but the food could have been better. I ordered gyro which was good, but tzatziki tasted more like mayo and the cabbage made me consider my life choices while chewing it.
Had a celebration lunch after buying a house in the area. The restaurant felt warm and welcoming, and alive with local energy. My steak quesadilla was delicious, and the other two enjoyed their meals. The owner came and checked on us, which I always appreciate. For familiar American dining, this is a great spot!
