Avoid this place. They are thieves! A cashier "accidentally forgot" to return a customer's card. When the customer noticed (not long after leaving) a $46 charge was already made on this person's card! WTF?! Stay away!!
I’d love to review the food but I’ve never actually successfully gotten an order. Last night was the third time I attempted to order the tailgate pack. It was 7 PM on a saturday, there was actually a football game on TV. But they had no chicken. Nothing dropped, minimum 30 minute wait. This is the THIRD and last time this has happened. There won’t be a fourth, I’ve learned. Why have family meals on the menu?
I’ve been to this bojangles twice in 2 days. Last we got there an hour and a half until closing and were told after we waited for them to take our order for 20 mins that they had no sides and weren’t making anymore for the night. Today we went there to order a 20 pc tailgate with all the fixins only to get home and have no biscuits and no sides, and no one answer the phone to correct the issue. Poor customer service is just the beginning.
