This location has really falling off. The evening shift needs help, the workers seem stressed and management has no clue what's going on. If anyone decides to go here in the evening.... just a FYI, your wait time can take up to 30 minutes no matter if you placed a mobile order, picking up for doordash, or a walk-in. This is the only location we have in town and I hate to see it close because upper management doesn't care.
Didn't even get to order. Two cars well up ahead at the windows, I was parked at the menu just waiting after being told they would be with me momentarily. And so I waited , and waited. Fortunately, no one was behind me, I eventually left after waiting 8 minutes.
If you're craving a 30 minute Drive-Thru experience while on your lunch break, then this is the place for you! (HIRE MORE PEOPLE)
