The girl that took our order was very pleasant and knew her job well... we were told to pull up so that they could get other people through the line while waiting for ours.... well.... everything was cold, I mean cold...🤮🤢
This Wendy’s was great. Manager organized and well spoken. Food came out in good time. I ordered off of a kiosk no problem. I never eat fast food and this exceeded my expecatiatins

Wendy's, a convenient restaurant located on Main St in Smithfield, generally offers good service with polite staff. However, one location on Godwin Blvd in Suffolk, VA, had issues with a sloppy, cold chicken wrap and slow service, while another location had slow crew and delivered cold food, disappointing the customer.
