Just had to wait at Wendy’s and they were so wonderful! I had a curbside order and it was a bit delayed, so I had to call into the restaurant & ask what was happening but the woman that answered was so gracious and apologized and sent out a free drink while I wait. And then the gentleman that delivered my meal/drink apologized yet again. Yes, I was inconvenienced with the wait, but they went above and beyond to apologize for the wait. Wendy's, a convenient restaurant located on Main St in Smithfield, generally offers good service with polite staff. However, one location on Godwin Blvd in Suffolk, VA, had issues with a sloppy, cold chicken wrap and slow service, while another location had slow crew and delivered cold food, disappointing the customer.
