The new drive thru layout works well quite often but can get bogged down if there's a lot of large, customized orders. Anytime I sit in the line for longer than 10 minutes, it's because someone ordered two huge bags of food ahead of me.

Drive thru is always a hassle with cars blocking the exit and staff not correcting offenders.
There's a noticeable rushed behavior from staff now to just get you your food and get you out. Can be a plus.
