I went through the drive through and asked for strawberry shots in my coffee. Staff informed they were out and could substitute with coolata syrup. I felt the substitute syrup made the coffee taste sour and asked if I could swap the drink out. Natalie and Miya assisted with remaking the coffee by using the strawberry cold foam and mixing it into the espresso. I am so thankful and grateful for their kindness and patience towards the situation! 100/10 customer service!

The service we received this AM was great. Natalie was such a sweetheart. Service with a smile and made sure my non traditional order was correct. It was pretty busy in there but the young lady that helped with my donuts had a smiling face and greeting for every friend that walked in. I appreciate good service!

This is a good Dunkins so far. The staff was professional, courteous, and timely. I ordered two coffees and a French Crueller. While the main girl was busy with a couple of dozen donuts for another customer before me, the drive thru girl came over and helped me with my order, which was nice. Good place. I'll be back tomorrow. 😎👍
