I went through the drive through and asked for strawberry shots in my coffee. Staff informed they were out and could substitute with coolata syrup. I felt the substitute syrup made the coffee taste sour and asked if I could swap the drink out. Natalie and Miya assisted with remaking the coffee by using the strawberry cold foam and mixing it into the espresso. I am so thankful and grateful for their kindness and patience towards the situation! 100/10 customer service!
Under new management. The coffee is still good but the donut situation has greatly improved!
The service we received this AM was great. Natalie was such a sweetheart. Service with a smile and made sure my non traditional order was correct. It was pretty busy in there but the young lady that helped with my donuts had a smiling face and greeting for every friend that walked in. I appreciate good service!
