We love PSL, nothing spells fall like PSL
I never leave reviews, but I was literally so impressed by the employees at this location. They are ALWAYS nice, always smiling. But today, I told them I was having a horrible day and they went above and beyond to make my drink special and even wrote a cute note on it. No Starbucks tops this one in Harbour View!! Thank you “Lady Gaga”♥️♥️♥️♥️

Evenings are particularly frustrating: with no one in the drive-thru or at the counter, a drink ordered 5 minutes prior still took 15 more minutes to make, and no one acted like the customer was there. The morning crew earns five stars for efficiency, but the evening crew gets zero. For faster service, an online order is suggested, as the line is always wrapped around the building.
